My most sincerest and heartfelt condolences to Stephanie, the kids and the entire Jones Family. I was Todd’s school secretary at Rippowam for a few years. Always a smile, followed by a laugh! He was a great person and an exemplary educator. One of the best! Rest easy my friend.

First and foremost, My heartfelt condolences to the Jones family. Todd had a route delivering flyers around Antigonish and he would round up a few of us young fellas to help him deliver them. We didn’t hate it but we tried avoiding it sometimes lol. In the end, it was worth the cash as kids and he knew he had us at the word cash. VP at Regional High School when Todd was a student. Used to tease him about being a " friendly giant"...athletic frame, but heart of gold. May his family treasure all the great memories....those of us who remember his early years have certainly nothing but positive recollects of a tremendous athlete, diligent student, respectful individual, and a magnificent " strand " of kindness. Thoughts and prayers to my friends Irma, Brian, Marla and Todd's extended family. Just as an addendum...Jonesy, and his two " buds" Jay Red, and Matthew coached a Hockey team that my son Paddy played on. I believe I might have unofficially been the Manager..it was a fantastic year, and though we came close to winning Provincials, we had one heck of a lot of laughs and good times with Todd, Matt and Jay. I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the loss of such an incredible man and coach. Jonesy was such a huge part of my softball career at Westhill High School and I’ll never forget the incredible lessons, laughs and championships that we experienced together. Sharing a few photos from our trip to Yankee Stadium where the team was able to meet, get autographs signed and even join the players on the field for the National Anthem. Rest in peace Jonesy, you will never be forgotten! Prayers and condolences to his beautiful family

My sincere condolences to Todd’s family and friends. Jonesy was an amazing teammate who brought a unique toughness to our StFX X-Men that helped define our identity. While Jonesy didn’t say a lot, when he did it was usually a sarcastic and appropriate barb that had the effect he intended in motivating us all to get our shit together. He was certainly one of the good ones and will be dearly missed.

I had the luck of moving to Trumbull across the street from Todd. He was the first person to welcome me to the neighborhood and a friendship was instantly born. We had so many great memories from watching sports together, playing ladder ball, poker nights, playing golf, and always having fun with all the kids. He was an incredible father and husband. He will be missed. RIP Big Sexy.

It’s difficult to find the words to describe how much we’ll miss Todd. We’ll miss his strength of character. We’ll miss his loyalty to family and friends. We’ll miss his goofy sense of humor. Very sorry to hear of Todd's passing. I played softball with him growing up in Antigonish and can still hear he and Bobby MacIssac laughing it up in the dugout. My god they were funny together. Always a character and I know all those laughs will be what everyone remembers. Very sorry to hear of his passing. Sincere condolences to his wife and children who I know will miss his larger than life personality. Way too soon. Very sorry
