Bill was the first person I met when I moved to Bridgeport. He was so very generous, hard working, enthusiastic, loving and much more. I will miss him very much.

I first met Bill in the late 1970's and we became fast friends who shared much in the way of shared musical and historic interests and Christian faith. We traveled together to Europe and visited as many gothic cathedrals as we could take in. We also enjoyed fine foods and dined out often. And since we were both fond of British theater and plays, we often spent evenings watching BBC programming at either of our homes.
Bill was an active Christian at St. George's Episcopal Church and did so much in the way of shopping for the elderly and taking them to doctor's appointments and treating them to lovely concerts at the Klein in Bridgeport and elsewhere. No one led a more balanced life and planned for the future as well as Bill, and it is sad, that he was taken by illness and deprived of all that he had planned for. But I am sure that he maintained his faith up to the end and that he is now with Our Lord and those who he dearly loved who preceded him. May The Lord bless him and keep him forever ! And may The Holy Spirit, The Comforter, comfort his brothers left behind.
