My boys, AJ and Paul, loved coming to shop for shoes with Angela. Who would think that shoe shopping with young boys could be such fun and the memory of those happy moments linger for so long. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, who was a joy to visit and kind and gentle and experienced with my kids. I wish they had a grandmother like her! Diana Grunow

Sincere condolence s to members of the Socci and Pompa families. Angela and I met in 1958 when I went to work at Cassone' s bakery after my father died. He had been a friend of the owner, Nick Cassone. I was a sixteen year old kid with a lot to learn, and Angela was right there whenever I needed help. I'll never forget that. Only mind I can still.hear pastry baker Danny Lucia singing a n Italian song to her. 'Angelina, come downstairs....God bless you all. John Roman
