Regina was my supervisor at DSS and someone I admired and respected. She was also a funny person to be around. A fond memory was the day she was talking with my coworker Luis, sat down on his desk to continue talking and sat on his breakfast donut--flatter than a pancake!! We all laughed, including Regina!
