Dear Omi,
We are so blessed to have known you the past three years since the birth of our sweet baby girl, Bryn. Although three years is not a long time, it feels like we have known you forever. We enjoyed all of our visits whether it was for lunch, strawberry picking, lilac planting or just a plain ole visit. Our last vision of you is washing dishes in my mom's kitchen at the end of Bryn's 3rd birthday party. That's how we will always remember you, not just for that, in and of itself, but as a sign of the thoughtful, giving, loving person you were. I tell Bryn you are in Heaven with Grandma Mary and Grandma Carol, and you are our angel now. Bryn still talks about you and Aunt Pat all of the time. Just the other day, Bryn said, "please tell Omi my wish for her is I hope she feels better very soon". Words cannot express the appreciation for the love, thoughtfulness and care you gave to Bryn, it means the world. We miss you dearly. We will be sure to give extra hugs and kisses to Aunt Pat in memory of you. Love, Meredith, Bryn and Joe. xoxo

To each other we were "Sharona". The two Sharons. We worked together for many years and Sharon sat in "The Chair" and covered for me when I was away. I am so sorry to hear of her passing, and I send my most heartfelt condolences to her family and to Pat. RIP Sharona.

I first met Sister Sharon when I was a Rainbow Girl, and she was a member of the Grand Assembly Committee. Our paths crossed often as we both traveled throughout the state. I then had the pleasure of getting to know her as an adult, when I became active in Eastern Star. She was a mentor to many including myself. Sister Sharon had a kind and gentle way about her that made her approachable; she was supportive and reassuring to everyone who sought her out for advice or encouragement. She touched many hearts, and will be dearly missed.
