Obituary of Sharon B. Merlotti

Sharon B. Merlotti, age 59, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport on July 13, 1953, she was the cherished daughter of Joseph J. Merlotti of Stratford and the late Elizabeth Hosey Merlotti. She was predeceased by a sister, JoAnn Deninger Tramontano. In addition to her father, survivors include brothers, John Merlotti and his wife Sue of Shelton, Wilbur Deninger and his wife Judy, a sister, Ann Conroy and her husband David of Stratford, her nieces and nephews, Jason Burdo, Patrick Burdo III, Megan Merlotti and Louisa Tramontano, her great niece and nephew, Lizzy and Max as well as a special cousin, Donna Toth of Shelton who Sharon considered a sister. She also leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in Our Lady of Grace Church, 497 Second Hill Lane, Stratford on Friday, January 18, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Committal will be private. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
