Obituary of Biancha A. Franchi

April 21, 2012 Retired sales associate of the former Reads/Jordan Marsh Bianca Bonitatibus Franchi, of Trumbull, a retired sales associate of the former Reads/Jordan Marsh of Trumbull, died on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Rosario and Gaetanina Monaco Bonitatibus. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting blankets and baking cookies at the holidays for her family. Mrs Franchi watched daily Mass on television and listened to Italian music. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene Franchi Sr., a son, Eugene Franchi Jr., a grandson, Joseph Robert Carbone and two sisters, Carmella Nicosia and Violet Russo. Survivors include a daughter, Denise Franchi Carbone and her husband Robert of Trumbull, a sister, Jean Bonitatibus Wojchik and her husband John of Trumbull, three grandchildren, William, Christopher and Lisa Carbone, as well several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 directly at 11:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 4700 Madison Ave., Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 3-6 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
