Obituary of Barbara Mayernik

Barbara Weaver Mayernik, age 69, of Monroe, a homemaker, died suddenly on Wednesday, May 5, 2004 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on March 21, 1935, she was a daughter of the late William and Lillian Hughs Weaver. She was the wife of the late John George Mayernik.

Survivors include her beloved daughters, Deborah Schlenk and her husband, Mark of Seymour and Shelley Casciello and her husband, Dave of Huntington, five loving grandchildren, Kelley Cooney and her husband James, Amanda and Taylor Casciello, Austin and Brittany Schlenk, two brothers, Robert Weaver of Stratford and Roy Weaver of Florida, a sister, June Chapman of Monroe and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Kenneth Weaver and a sister, Dorothy DeAndrea.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd. Trumbull, CT 06611. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 7 p.m.
