Obituary of Tommaso Marini

Tommaso Marini, age 84, beloved husband of Anna Marini, of Trumbull, passed away at home on Sunday, March 9, 2014 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Frosinone, Italy on December 4, 1929, he was a son of the late Sante and Modesta Arduini Marini. He was a member of the Connecticut Laborers Union Local 665 for over 30 years before his retirement. He enjoyed making wine, tending to his garden and playing cards at the Circolo Sportivo Club in Bridgeport. In addition to his wife Anna, survivors include a son, Domenico Marini and his wife Domenica of Shelton, two daughters, Pasqualina Levitsky and her husband Paul and Santa Siciliano and her husband Luciano, all of Monroe, grandchildren, Luciano Marini, Melissa Marini, Annalisa Siciliano Martins and her husband Marco, Daniela Siciliano and Thomas Levitsky, a special niece, Maria Roma and her husband Mario as well as numerous other nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Riziero Marini, four sisters, Betta Spaziani, Maria Testani, Luisa Paniccia and Teresa Marini, a granddaughter, Marcella Siciliano and a nephew, Sante Paniccia. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 7:45 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 8:45 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Chapel Mausoleum of Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m.
