Obituary of Marie R. Marinaccio

Trumbull Resident Marie R. Capasso Marinaccio, age 97, of Trumbull, a retired bookkeeper for Skydels, died on Tuesday, October 19, 2010 in Ludlowe Center. Born in Bridgeport on April 25, 1913, she was a daughter of the late Raphael and Rosa Capasso. She was a member of the Bridgeport Hospital Heart Beats, the St. Charles Ladies Guild, the Italian Community Center and the Baldwin Center. She was pre-deceased by her husband Louis Marinaccio, a daughter Joyce Smith, five brothers, Pat, John, Tony, Frank and Charlie Capasso and four sisters, Clara Mastroni, Mary DeFelice, Bertha Ugucioni and Jean Nespoli. Survivors include a daughter, Carol Marinaccio of Trumbull, three sons, Louis Marinaccio and his wife Ann Marie of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Ralph Marinaccio and his wife Jamie of Monroe and Reginald Marin and his wife LaRue of Marietta, GA, 12 grandchildren, Louis III, Lori Ann, Rachael, Anna Marie and Gabriella Marinaccio, Marc and Peter Marin, Kenneth, Lafe, Alice and Patty Smith and Cori Marinaccio-Andrade, seven great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church, 376 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
