Obituary of Aurora Josephine Mardozian

Aurora (Josephine) Rago Mardozian, age 99, of Bridgeport passed away at her residence on Thursday, March 20, 2014. She was the beloved wife of the late Nicholas Mardozian. Born in Bridgeport on March 11, 1915 she was a daughter of the late Leopold and Elvira Martinelli Rago. She had worked as an assembler for General Electric before her retirement with many years of dedicated service. In addition to her beloved husband Nicholas, she was also predeceased by her son, Michael Mardozian, two brothers, Michael and Nicholas Rago and a sister, Constance Martin. She is survived by a brother, Anthony Rago of Trumbull, niece, Donna Rago Quinze of Pittsfield NY, nephew, Dr. Thomas Rago of Easton CT, James Rago of Wallingford CT, and a devoted nephew, Lee Rago of Irvine, CA. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the family mausoleum at Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 4:00 8:00 p.m.
