Obituary of Val Mangialaschi

Trumbull Resident MANGIALASCHI Val Mangialaschi, age 88, of Trumbull, loving husband of Etta Gillotti Mangialaschi, died on Tuesday September 13, 2011 in his home. Born in Scranton, PA on September 11, 1923, he was a son of the late Vittorio and Maria Pelucacci Mangialaschi. He was predeceased by two brothers, Victor and Miro Mangialaschi. In addition to his loving wife of 56 years, Etta, Survivors include two cherished daughters, Tracey Mangialaschi of Alexandria, VA and Kimberly Mangialaschi of Kyoto, Japan, sister-in-law, Caryl Mangialaschi of PA, a special niece Ann Marie Mangialaschi as well as several additional nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 12:30 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow at Lawn Cemetery, Huntington. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 11:00 am until the time of service.
