Obituary of Victor E. Malagisi

U. S. Army Veteran Victor E. Malagisi, age 76, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 in Milford Hospital surrounded by his family. Born in Bridgeport on March 27, 1930, he was a son of the late Pasquale and Josephine Capacina Malagisi and was a U. S. Army veteran. A resident of Milford for over 45 years, Victor was a salesman for the Lewin Co. retiring with 20 years of service. After his retirement, he worked part time for Hys Livery Service. Victor enjoyed bowling and was the secretary for the Milford Bowling League for many years and was also a proud member of the 300 Club. He was an avid Giants and Yankees fan, but most of all he was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend and will be sadly missed by all. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife, Eleanor Fortuna Malagisi and two sisters, Ann Flanagan and Mary (Deedee) Holden. He leaves behind three loving children, Patrick Malagisi of Milford, Victoria Johnson and her husband, Allan of Stratford and Anthony Malagisi of Milford, a sister, Theresa Evanich and her husband John of Derby, six cherished grandchildren, Jessie Neville, Tony, Max and Katelyn Malagisi and Kyle and Kari Johnson as well as several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Gabriel Church, 26 Shorefront, Milford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Kings Highway Cemetery, Milford. Friends may call on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.
