Obituary of Eleanor May Majoros-Roy

Bridgeport Resident Eleanor May Majoros-Roy, age 70, of Bridgeport, died on Monday, February 18, 2008, at Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgeport on March 2, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Stephen Majoros and Helen Jasko Majoros Zavory. Eleanor El, cohabitated with the late John William Brown, JR. and they had three sons; Jerome A. Roy of Roanoke, VA, Jeffrey Roy of Greenville, NC and William Bill Roy and wife Priscilla of Wilmington, Delaware. Eleanor also has two siblings, Robert Majoros and his wife Jeanne of Port St. Lucie, FL. and John Majoros and his wife Eileen of Seymour. El has several grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces, nephews and a very special friend who took very good care of her and her needs, Ms. Lennie Talton of Bridgeport. For many years, El worked at Comp-U-Card and Cendant of Trumbull. She also owned a pizzeria on Pembroke St. in Bridgeport. El also volunteered as a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts of America. She had a passion for cooking and dinning out, she will be sadly missed; all that knew her loved her. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 12 noon in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Thursday morning from 10:00 am until the time of service.
