Obituary of M. Celine Lynam

Resident of Trumbull M. Celine Lynam age 65, of Trumbull, died peacefully on Sunday, December 28, 2008 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in County Longford, Ireland on January 23, 1942, she was a daughter of Kathleen Farrell Lynam of Stamford and the late Patrick Lynam. Celine was a manager of administration for the Mormac Marine Group of Stamford with over 30 years of service. A devoted Catholic she was a lector and a parishioner of Christ the King Church Trumbull for 31 years and enjoyed gardening. She truly shined when she was spending time with all of her nieces and nephews, whom she loved so much. Celine was especially excited about the upcoming birth of another great nephew. In addition to her mother, survivors include her four siblings, Carmel OMeara of Huntington, James P. Lynam of Michigan, Anthony J. Lynam and his wife Cindy of Old Greenwich, and Dolores Lynam de Tenorio of South America, seven nieces and nephews, Shannon M. Birch and her husband Bryan, John OMeara and his wife Josephine, Douglas OMeara and his fiance Jessica Sciuto, Dermot OMeara and his wife Joy, Chandra Lynam, Tina Lynam de Tenorio and Meaghan Lynam, eight great nieces and nephews, Brianna, Carissa, Jake, Victoria and Jada OMeara and Taylor, Brandon and Brianne Birch. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday January 3, 2009 at 8:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Johns Cemetery, Darien. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
