Obituary of Mary V. Lota

Former Resident of Bridgeport LOTA Mary V. Addeo Lota, age 92, formerly of Bridgeport, a homemaker, died on Monday, February 19, 2007 at Orange Health Care Center. Born in Bridgeport on January 9, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Sebastiano and Filomena Ariano Addeo. She was a volunteer Bingo caller and avid bingo player in various churches in the Bridgeport area for many years. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Alexander Lota, a son, James Lota, a brother, Samuel Addeo and sisters, Elvira Lota and Virginia Mastrorocco. Survivors include a son Anthony Lota and his wife, Rozanne of North Haven, grandchildren, Anthony Lota Jr. and his wife, Maribel of Guilford and Marianne Wied and her husband, Kevin of Whitehall, PA, great grandchildren, Anthony Lota III, Anabel Lota, Erika and Kaitlynn Wied. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull (Merritt Parkway Southbound exit 50), and at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Assumption Church, Fairfield for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
