Obituary of Jeanne Longo

Bridgeport Resident LONGO Jeanne Fedorovich Longo, age 83, of Bridgeport, CT, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at her residence. Born and raised in Winslow Maine, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Christine Zelenkevich Fedorovich. A graduate of the University of Bridgeport, Jeanne was a retired Registered Nurse from St. Vincent Medical Center with over 25 years of service. An avid button collector she was a former president of the National Button Society, and also was a member of the Connecticut Button Society, the Charter Oak Button Club and the St. Vincent Retirees Club. She also enjoyed traveling. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Anthony C. Longo and two brothers, Vita Fedorovich and Walter Fedorovich Jr. Survivors include two children, a son, Anthony J. Longo of Bridgeport, a daughter, Deborah Rose Longo of Charlestown, West Virginia, a grandson, Sean Riley, a brother John Fedorovich of Winslow, Maine, a sister, Anne Hagan of Raymond, Maine and several nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday July 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, CT. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Wednesday July 9, 2008 from 4-8 p.m.
