Ada (Marini) Costantini, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2024 at the age of 90 with her loving family and caregiver by her side. Ada was born in Torrice, Province of Frosinone, Italy and was the daughter of the late Costantino and Grazia Marini.

She immigrated to the United States in 1955 at the age of 21 years old and worked at Warnaco for many years. She loved cooking and gardening, but above all, her most cherished possessions were her children and grandchildren.

Ada was the beloved wife of 67 years to Luigi Costantini, loving mother of Fernando (Fred) and wife Deborah Costantini of Trumbull and Rosena and Richard Balestrieri of Monroe, cherished Nonna to Lauren, Andrew, Christopher and Alyssa; dear sister of Ana Marini, sister in-law to Natalina Marini, Leda Arduini, Lino and Karen Costantini, Maria Costantini, and Jennifer Costantini. She was predeceased by her brother Alfredo Marini and brother's in-law, Tommaso Marini, Nicola Arduini, and Dominico and Nicola Costantini. Ada also leaves many cherished nieces, nephews and friends.

The family extends their gratitude and appreciation to Ada's care giver Lucia for the unconditional love and compassion she showed to Ada and the family over the past eleven months of her life.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Theresa's Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull.
