To Bill's family, my sincere condolences. I worked with Bill in a couple stores. Always pleasant. When he switched to working in the office, he received his mail in our store and always had a smile on his face when he came in to get it. He was one of the genuine people that everyone should aspire to be. You will be missed

Bill was a great guy. He was very knowledgeable at his trade. His friendly demeanor and his direct approach made him one of the best teachers of the trade I have ever known. I always enjoyed his conversations. In addition to his trade he had a keen understanding of marketing, sales, and the personal relationships that we form with our customers. I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing and I will miss him.

I'm so sorry to hear of Billy's passing. When my family and I moved to Chelsea Street, I didn't know anybody and Billy became my first friend. We met when we were five years old. Such a very kind family! Sending prayers to all of you

The incredible sadness I feel at this loss. Bill was a joy to be around, always positive, always willing to do more and go the extra mile. He was a skilled resource of knowledge and support for so many on our team. He would call me periodically to give us an assessment of what our store teams were going through. He leaves a large void, both personally and professionally. My deepest condolences to his family! He spoke of you often with love and pride. God Bless all of you at this very difficult time.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of my longtime neighbor Billy. The Probst family lived on the street behind us in Forked River for many, many years, and my children and the Probst children went to the local schools together. It has probably been 30+ years since I have seen Billy or Debbie or Mary, but I will always have good memories especially of Billy who was such a nice young boy who grew into an exceptional young man. May his family find peace in their memories of Billy as I have had now remembering the young boy and young man that I knew so many years ago. May Billy rest in peace.

Bill was an incredibly experienced meat cutter who took pride in his work, showed unbelievable patience by spending time with those less experienced showing them the ropes. His passion for cutting meat was equal to his passion for people. And he did both with pride a smile and humor.
I'll bone out a bone-in chuck in honor of you Bill just like we would talk about. My boss, my mentor and my friend...

Mr. Bill was such an amazing man. He was hardworking, caring, giving, funny, and kind. He always welcomed me and my family into his home with open arms. He was there for my mother during a truly rough time when she needed support. He was always so fun to go on trips with, especially Six Flags. He would always go on Superman with Billy, bc the rest of us were too scared to go on it. At get-togethers and nights where we hung out with his family, he always ensured everyone was ok and had what they needed. There were nights when my mom had to work late nights and my brother and I would spend the evening with him, Donna, and Billy. He treated us as if we were his own. I will never forget how kind and giving he was to my family and me. Billy and I watched funny videos with him and he always gave such interesting insight and laughed along with us. I will never forget all the great times and memories we shared with him. To Ms. Donna, Jennifer, Kaylee, and Billy - we love you all so much and are always here whenever you need us. My deepest condolences and prayers to you always. You will be very missed, Mr. Bill. Thank you for everything.

Billy wish we could have shared one more phone call together. We had a lot of good times for sure all the laughs and stupid things we did. I know how proud you are of your family and your successes so sad it was taken from you far too soon. You were always a stand up guy that always did the right things may your family remember the true man you are. I will miss you my friend. Till we meet again .
