Obituary of Deborah Lisi - Di Bartolomeo
Deborah “Deb” Lisi-Di Bartolomeo, age 66, of Orange, beloved wife of Roy Di Bartolomeo, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport on May 14, 1957 she was the daughter of the late Sebastiano C. and Pauline T. (Seren) Lisi, Jr. Deb had been employed by the Southern CT Gas Company, accumulating over 44 years of dedicated service as both a supervisor and also having played an instrumental role in their customer service department over the years and building many lasting friendships along the way. She was a fitness guru and much of her free time was spent at the gym attending spinning, cycling or yoga classes with others that shared the same interest. Her devotions were to her family, job and working out at the gym. She was a dog lover and an avid golfer that also enjoyed skiing trips with her husband. Deb also loved shopping and her fashion sense coupled with her need to always look her best are evident in the multiple closets in her home that are filled with outfits and accessories to match. Deb will best be remembered for her huge heart and willingness to always put the needs of others before her own. She was happiest when surrounded by her family and would drop everything to lend a hand or support anyone in need. A loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend of many. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her beloved husband Roy of 28 years, other survivors include her son, James Di Bartolomeo and his wife Jackie of Tewksbury, MA, her brother, Sebastiano “Sam” Lisi III and his wife Judy of Mount Pleasant, SC, and soon to be welcomed first grandchild in late December, as well as several cherished nieces and nephews.
