From one warm blooded human hand to another How would I know the passing after that moment would be final? The passing of a father The passing of a grandfather The passing of a friend He was a kind man. He was a smart man. He spent his time helping others in an hourglass of sand. That fragile hourglass is now broken, sand set free across the land. I believe we will meet again some future day. So much more to learn, so much more to say Lunch and dinner dates will never be the same. No more passing of the bread person to person Now just a meeting in sleep dreams soul to soul Goodbye for now, I will never forget your name. Thank you for everything, and God Bless you. On your journey from this life into the next!
