Obituary of Christopher R. Grzywacz

Christopher R. Grzywacz "Chris", age 59 of Milford died on July 11, 2023 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Born on the 5th of December 1963 in Derby CT, Chris grew up in Seymour and graduated from Seymour High School. Christopher is predeceased by his father Michael R. Grzywacz and his mother Marguerite M. Markham.

Chris is survived by his cherished wife Erin Burr Grzywacz of 30 years, his beloved mother-in-law Ginny Bok-Burr of Fairfield, his two loving sons William "Billy" Grzywacz and Jackson "Jack" Grzywacz, and his daughter Jocelyn A. Grzywacz of Alden, New York. He is also survived by his goddaughter Nicole "Nikkie" Burr of Massachusetts, three sisters Margauerite "Mucket" Grzywacz of Meriden, Linda Grzywacz Tribble of Shelton and Michelle Grzywacz Brock of Bristol. He is predeceased by three brothers, Michael, William and John Grzywacz, two sisters Deborah Grzywacz Brickett and Elizabeth Grzywacz. He leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Chris was a diesel mechanic who worked for Laidlaw Bus company for numerous years. He was also a skilled carpenter by trade. He loved fishing, boating and spending time with his sons. He thoroughly enjoyed riding his motorcycle and loved a good cup of coffee. Chris will be greatly missed by those who were blessed to know and love him.

Family and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd, Trumbull, on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
