Obituary of Kathryn M. Sturchio

Kathryn M. (Corrigan) Sturchio, RN passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the age of 99. She was the widow of Frank Sturchio.

Born in Cleveland, OH, the daughter of the late Loren and Agnes (Gaier) Corrigan.  She was a registered nurse, graduated from St. Vincent’s Charity Hospital in Cleveland, OH and had also worked at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT.

She is survived by four children, Loren Sturchio (Michele Eckert), Port Carbon, PA, Agnes Pstrag (David) Estero, FL, Patricia Collins (Scott) North Chesterfield, VA, Regina Amato (Don) Oxford, CT, a sister, Carol Dhondt of Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH, 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford. Interment will be held privately at St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
