Obituary of Barbara Ann Clark

Barbara Ann Clark, age 70, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in New Haven on March 15, 1953, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Therese (Valade) Clark and was a longtime resident of Bridgeport and Stratford.

For many years Barbara worked at Stop and Shop and in 1995 moved to the Kennedy Center where she participated in many of their programs. She enjoyed traveling and loved to tell stories, in her very soft-spoken voice, about all the places she had been to.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Chris Clark.

She leaves behind a host of friends that she met throughout her stay with the Kennedy Center and her roommates that were close to her at her home in Stratford.

A Graveside Service will take place on Friday, May 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Michael Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Avenue, Stratford. Arrangements are in care of the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
