James Wigglesworth age 68, of Bridgeport, CT went home on Angel's wings April 10th 2023, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. James passed away peacefully with his wife and (step)daughter by his side.

Born on June 25th 1954, James was a resident of Bridgeport his whole life. He was the son of the late Bill and Jean Warner. James who was affectionately known as Corky by family and friends, had a passion for cars. He worked as a mechanic at Sikorsky Aircraft for many years until taking his passion to a new level and becoming his own self-employed mechanic. Along with a passion for cars, Corky also had a passion for the orange and blue, the New York Mets. He enjoyed watching wrestling with his daughter Amy, and fun Mohegan trips. Corky was a true warrior, who fought hard against cancer every day, including on his relay team Brigade for a Cure.

Survivors include, Kathy Wigglesworth, his wife of 30 years, (step) daughter Amy Stadler and her husband Jason of Norwalk, CT, his little sister Lori Dias and her husband Todd of Derby, CT, his sister and brother in law, Kathy and Stan Stasiak of Muncy, PA, along with several nieces, nephews and many close friends who are like family.
