Obituary of Carmen T. Ricca

Carmen T. Ricca, age 86, of Fairfield, passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at his home. Born in Bridgeport on July 25, 1936, he was a son of the late Thomas and Angelina (Carta) Ricca and was a longtime resident of Fairfield.

Before his retirement, Carmen owned and operated Hamilton Chevron Service Station on the East side of Bridgeport.

He is survived by his grandson, Joseph Besciglia (Meghan) great granddaughter, Briley Besciglia of Fl and his longtime companion, Dolores (Dolly) Zawadski of Fairfield and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Linda Besciglia, a brother, Harry Ricca and two sisters, Anna Mae Gallo and Concetta Deaso, and granddaughter, Sheylynn Besciglia.

Private family funeral services were conducted and interment was in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Arrangements by the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
