Obituary of Gene A. Memoli Jr.

Gene Anthony Memoli, Jr, son of Elizabeth Verona Churman and Gene Anthony Memoli, Sr, born on July 6, 1957 attended Warren Harding High School and Graduated Cum Laude from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) School of Pharmacy.

Gene had a distinguished career in Pharmacy and served as President of various professional organizations including Greater Bridgeport Pharmacy Association (GBPA), CT Pharmacist Association (CPA), CT Chapter of American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP).

Gene was a devout Catholic, avid runner, life-long Yankee fan and enjoyed traveling the world with his family.

Gene is predeceased by his brother Anthony Memoli, and survived by his devoted family including his wife, Peggy Manning, sons Mario and Gino, nieces Michaelyn Johnson and her family, Annabella McDonough and Hope Manning, nephews Anthony McNamara and Bradley Manning, brothers Frank and Michael, sisters Belinda, Elizabeth Vittoria, and Margaret, many cousins and good friend, Mike Gemma.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at St Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Ave., Shelton. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Lawrence Parish, 505 Shelton Ave, Shelton, CT 06484.
