Barbara will be greatly missed. I joined the Caserta/Daddona family when I married Christy Daddone, now Sheehan. My kids and I have wonderful memories of Barbara opening her house and pool to us on this hot summer days and the welcoming sense of family Barbara and Tony always shared. Rest in peace, Love the Sheehan Family

Dear Tony, I'm very very sorry for your loss of Barbara,I know how close you both were and how kind you were to both friends and family, especially those summer picnics. One thing is for sure, she's going straight to heaven. God bless Tony.

To Barbie
I've never been a fan of saying goodbye-always see you later or until next time. To me goodbye was too final and should be saved for that time we never want to come.
I want to say thank you for being a best friend, for the adventures and memories shared, despite being coasts and sometimes continents apart. When we reminisced last summer neither of us could remember exactly how we met, agreeing sometime in junior high. I'm so glad that we were those friends that could pick up right where we left off, even when it had been years.
I will think of you often fondly. A tear or two will rise, but I'll always cherish the memories and they will make me smile. I love you.
Good bye my friend.

Barbara was a phenomenal Math Professor and consistently was a supportive colleague. I worked with Barbara early in my career and she was amazing.

I have been honored to be part of this family for over 40 years and met Barb at my 40th birthday party where I was introduced to the wild and fun loving tradition of cake throwing! And let’s not even discuss the picnics where there was always water being thrown at someone! Barb was funny and silly and we enjoyed all the parties at the Caserta household, Auntie Ag’s and the Scranton household! My sincere sympathies to Linda and Tony.

Our motherJane and our father Louie told us when Barbie was five she would come visit and yell out “aunt Yane and Uncle ooeeey!” With arms outstretched! We will always remember her unending enthusiasm for life!
Our sympathies with Tony and Linda - she will leave a big space in their hearts!
Much love Cousin Bob, Jaye and Carol

Dear uncle Tony,
I remember when Anthony was born exactly 29years ago today.
You and Barbara came to our house to meet Anthony for the first time. Not realizing that Barbara had many skills that I was unaware of. I opened the gift box and to my surprise inside was a beautiful hand knit baby outfit for Anthony. Barbara self taught herself how to knit the outfit for Anthony. It came complete with a little sweater, hat, booties for his hands and feet.
Did I mention the beautiful knit baby blanket she made for him too! It was absolutely beautiful and just so heartfelt that she put so much time and love into making these for Anthony.
I will always remember all the things you did for our family. You will always have a special place in my heart.
Love, Laurie
