Obituary of Cheryl Ann Cobb

Cheryl Ann Cobb, age 75, of New Preston, CT, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Theresa (Capozzi) Cobb, born in Jersey City, NJ on February 3, 1947.

Anyone that knew Cheryl, understood she was larger than life. Her smile and spirit radiated far beyond the room she was in. Smart, funny, generous, and fierce; she was a force to be reckoned with in the best possible way. She most enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, gardening and enjoying a fabulous cocktail.

Cheryl was proud to call herself a Registered Nurse and worked for many years throughout Northern NJ.

Survivors include her three loving children, Erik, Erin and Edward; their spouses Amie, Christian, and Jessica; and five cherished grandchildren, Aidan, Reagan, Cooper, Cali and Leo. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Butch) Cobb and his wife Diane, niece and nephew Suzanne and Brandan, as well as many dear friends.

A Memorial Gathering celebrating Cheryl's life will take place on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. All other services will be held privately.
