I am so sorry to hear of Bob‘s passing. I worked with Bob at Bridgeport machines from 1969 to 1980 along with my dad Vincent Lima. I worked on the T- Slotter and Bob worked on a radio arm drill press right across from me.. I was young and I was always trying to mix up Bob’s drills and taps. I never got him!! He knew exactly where each drill and tap belonged without looking at them. It’s not like I didn’t try. He would grab the wrong drill or tap, turn around, look at me and started to laugh. He was always happy and a Great guy. As I’m writing this I can see his face,and hear his laughter. I have warm memories of Bob. I’m so glad to see that Bob had a great life. Blessings to his family. My condolences to Paula, Joci and family. You leave behind many memories. We had good times, bad times, and crazy times working for the town of Trumbull. You will always be remembered for all the wonderful things you did for the senior center and Senior Citizens of Trumbull. We worked together for over 26 years.I will never forget you and the great times we had. One day we will meet up again and maybe we can shake up heaven with pinochle, cribbage, and gin rummy games. You were always the best bingo caller. One day we meet again. Till then Godspeed and give a hug to all the good old boys.
