Obituary of Frank Ariano Jr.

Frank Ariano Jr., age 68, beloved husband of Patricia Daston Ariano, of Trumbull, passed away on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Born in Bronx, NY, he was the son of the late Frank Sr.  and Emma Zito Ariano.  Frank was raised in Bridgeport and graduated from Central High School and attended Housatonic Community College. He owned and operated Ariano Auto Sales of Bridgeport for 24 years. He was a car aficionado, and he loved cooking amazing meals for his family and friends.  He was an avid boater and a member of the East End Yacht Club and Circolo Sportivo Italiano Club.

In addition to his wife Patricia of 46 years, he was a devoted father to his two daughters, Alicia Ariano Lawrie and her husband Tristan and Rachel Ariano Pereira and her husband Raul, all of Trumbull, a sister, Mary Cae Ariano of Holly Springs, Georgia, grandchildren, Emma and Jack Lawrie and Grayson and Christian Pereira. Also survived by his brother-in-law Bob and Cindy Daston of Trumbull, sister-in-law Rana Duncan Taylor of Abingdon, VA, his nephew Jacob, nieces Ashley, Lauren and Lana, and his grandniece Lyla. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother-in-law Anthony Daston.

 A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, 5301 Main St., Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday January 4^th from 4-7 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull.
