Jill and Joy: I worked with your dad until the day he retired and I got to know your mom first by talking to her on the phone and finally in person. She always had a smile on her face and a welcoming hug every time we saw each other. My sincere sympathy goes out of to both of you and your families. She was and wonderful person and will be missed.
