Obituary of Immacolata Reppas

Immacolata (Mary) Creo Reppas, age 76 of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Gregory Reppas, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 23, 2021 with her loving family by her side. Born on September 12, 1945 in Minturno, Latina, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Pasqualina DeNitto Creo. She loved cooking and baking for her family, especially the specialties from her Italian heritage and enjoyed entertaining for the holidays. Immacolata was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Especially her grandchildren. The unconditional love she gave and the values she taught will forever live in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Immacolata will be truly missed. In addition to her beloved husband of 51years, Gregory, survivors include her two loving daughters, Mary Barry and her husband Richard of Shelton and Tina Reppas and her husband William Boyd of Bridgeport, five cherished grandchildren, Alyssa and Sydney Barry and William V, Mataya, and Victoria Boyd, two brothers, Mario Creo (Antoinette) and Ralph Creo (Faustina), sister-in-law, Christine Reppas, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Filippo Creo and two sisters, Francesca Ciarnella and Rosa DiCocco. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Margaret Shrine, 2523 Park Ave., Bridgeport. Interment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford. Relatives and friends may greet the family at a walk-through visitation on Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Masks and social distance are required. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Polycystic Kidney Foundation, P.O. Box 871847, Kansas City, MO 64187.
