Obituary of Tadeusz Kozlowski

Monroe Resident Tadeusz Kozlowski, age 64, of Monroe, a retired machine operator for Handy & Harman with 35 years of service, entered into rest on Monday, March 19, 2007 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Poland on October 31, 1942, he was a son of Marianna Lotko Kozlowski of Poland and the late Jozef Kozlowski. Tadeusz came from Poland in 1967, he loved gardening, entertaining family and friends and cooking traditional Polish foods. He was a parishioner for 40 years at St. Michael Church of Bridgeport, a member of the Polish National Alliance and an active member of White Eagles for 18 years. Survivors include his loving wife of 40 years, Genevieve Boszko Kozlowski, two sons, Wes Kozlowski of Monroe, Andrew Kozlowski and his wife Dina of Derby, two daughters, Dorothy Scheurich and her husband Jason of Shelton, Eva Rizio and her husband Angelo of Greenwich, two grandchildren, Chloe and Emily, a brother-in-law Stanley Boszko and his family of Mass, two nieces Gosia Piekarski & family of Fairfield, Ewa Kobierowski and her family of New Haven, two brothers, Stanislaw and Romuald, two sisters, Janina and Jadwiga and their families, many nieces and nephews all of Poland. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, March 23, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Church, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
