Obituary of Domenick R. Masciola, Sr.

Domenick R. Masciola, Sr., age 74, beloved husband of Cheryl "Cookie" Hoff Masciola of Milford passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on July 2, 1946, he was a son of the late Enrico and Jennie Ferraro Masciola. Domenick enjoyed planting and tending to his vegetable garden in his yard but his greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his beloved wife Cookie of 53 years, survivors include three loving children, Domenick R. Masciola, Jr., Anthony Masciola and Lauren Masciola, two cherished grandsons, David Juchem and Jashua Masso and three sisters, Louise Ruggiero, Betty Salamanca and Dolores Yaremich as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Enrico Masciola and sisters, Annette Deyo, Gloria Masciola and Jeannette Urban.

Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Michael Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Ave., Stratford on Friday, March, 26, 2021 at 11:30 a.m. for a graveside service. There will be no calling hours.
