Frank “BOSS” his nickname I rented from Frank for 13 years and still here o the 1st floor Frank always left all his dogs with me whenever he was away but Rocky was what he needed to see in the hospital and I made that possible!! I will never forget “BOSS” Cathy

My across the street neighbor for many years, kind Frank helped me shovel out the snow, shot the shit about anything while we worked in our yards, and let me swim in his pool, I will miss his presence in our little neighborhood, he is deeply missed.

I am saddened that Frank's beloved dog Rocky was not with him when he passed. I knew Frank for nine years as his neighbor. I saw him day and night with his beloved dog. He was a faithful dog owner and told me one time where I go Rocky goes. Rocky confused went to the downstairs neighbor. She told me Rocky was at home with them and her other dog. I hear Rocky is going to Frank's dgt. I pray with all my heart he is in good hands.Frank loved that dog dearly,please take good care of him.I will miss Frank. I will pray for him.I am saddened his dog not mentioned in obit. Rocky was his best friend.
