Mrs. Soter and family,
We are very sorry for your loss. Tony was a true gentlemen and he will me missed by many.
Tony, Dave and I are going to miss our weekly phone calls with you. If we did not hear from you by Friday afternoon, I would pick up the phone and call to ask what was new. We spoke of everything and anything from Covid19 to politics to the local news. It didn't matter the subject we just enjoyed the conversations. We are still in disbelief and I know it is going to take a while. Rest in Peace Tony, and know that you will never be forgotten.

On Behalf of the members of IBEW Local Union 488, we offer our sympathy and condolences to all of you and your families, Tony was not only a Brother but a true friend to all of his sisters and brothers of Local 488. His mark on this Local will be felt for many years to come, over his 26 years of teaching in the apprenticeship program and his many years as the Assistant Business Manager he has had influence on the life of most of our members for the better, something many of them will never forget. He was a giving person to all that knew him and he will sadly be missed but he will never be forgotten.
Rest in Peace Brother and try to keep it in the fairway!
