Mr. Smeriglio was a wonderful neighbor to us kids back when his family lived on Webster Place in Port Chester. My warmest memory was his tremendous ability to listen to kids, give good advice while offering genuine friendship......I will never forget him and his wonderful wife and children and I pray that God's richest blessings pour out over Mr. Smeriglio, Emily, Chris & Sharon.
I did not know Mr. Smeriglio well, but he was always a smiling face and had a warm greeting. I admired that he and Emily always walked hand-in-hand before church. Very admirable. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
