Mike, Annie Kate and Jack, I only knew your wife and mother for a short time as a temp at Golf Digest back in the 90's. I do remember Kathy well.....beautiful, cheerful and always smiling. Some people come into your life for a short time and you never forget them. Kathy was one of those people. Sending my heartfelt sympathy.
