Obituary of Florence Jordan

Resident of Trumbull Florence Kupec Jordan, age 81, of Trumbull, a telephone operator with the former Southern New England Telephone Company, died on Thursday, October 5, 2006 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on October 9, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Rudolph and Mary Harchak Kupec and was a longtime Trumbull resident. Survivors include her husband, William Jordan, two children, William J. Jordan and his wife, Mary Beth of West Simsbury, and, Barbara Jordan Doheny and her husband, Marc of Trumbull, a brother, Joseph Kupec of Ansonia, a sister, Jean Plavcan of New Jersey, four grandchildren, Catherine Doheny and Peter, Nicholas and Kevin Jordan. She was pre-deceased by a brother, Arthur Kupec. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 8 pm.
