Obituary of Rosalie Jelormine

Resident of Sarasota, Florida Rosalie Massaria Jelormine, age 91, of Sarasota, FL, a home maker, died on Friday, August 27, 2010. Born and raised in Bridgeport, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marietta Garamella Massaria, and had resided in Florida over 30 years. Survivors include her children, a son, Michael S. Jelormine of Fairfield, a daughter, Alberta Kurtz of Raleigh, NC, her daughter-in-law, Melinda Jelormine of Sarasota, six grandchildren, Colleen Austin and her husband Nathan of Sarasota, FL, Phillip Jelormine of Sebring, FL, Amy Bursey and her husband Raymond of Stratford, Cynthia Buckwalter of Sebring, FL, Kristen Jelormine of Stratford and Erica Baker and her husband Michael Baker of Orange , eight great grandchildren, Kyle, Brynne and Jana Buckwalter, Brianna and Emily Bursey, Eathan and Zaccary Austin and Michael Raymond Baker, a sister, Antoinette Kugler of Fairfield, a brother, Michael Massaria of Pembroke Pines, FL and many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her son, Louis R. Jelormine of Sarasota, FL, a brother, Joseph Massaria of Trumbull and two sisters, Bessie Schetoni of Ohio and Pauline Vecharelli of Bridgeport. Funeral Information Friends can greet her family at a memorial gathering celebrating her life on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 5 -7 pm at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A prayer service will be conducted at 6:45 pm on Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
