Obituary of Diana Dias Cunha

Diana Dias Cunha, age 47, of Shelton, beloved wife of Jose Cunha, passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018. Born in Bridgeport on December 14, 1970, she was a daughter of Zeferino Dias and Ana Pires Dias of Shelton. Diana was a project manager for Express Kitchens.

She was a bubbly and fun-loving woman, who enjoyed traveling, shopping and fostering animals, especially dogs. But above all, she treasured the time she spent with her family and friends and welcomed all into her home.

In addition to her beloved husband Jose and her parents Zeferino and Ana, survivors include two cherished sons, Matthew Cunha and his girlfriend Alyssa Hornak and Andrew Cunha and his girlfriend Sydney Larsen, all of Shelton, a loving sister, Lisa Dias of Ansonia; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. directly in St. Lawrence Church, 505 Shelton Ave, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery South, Shelton. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
