Obituary of Federico S. Bayot, Jr.

Federico S. Bayot, Jr., affectionately known as "Junior Bayot", age 66 of Shelton and formerly of Bayawan Negros Oriental, Philippines, beloved husband of Isabelita Perez Bayot, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Gaylord Health & Rehab in Wallingford with his family by his side. Born on June 17, 1952 in the Philippines, he was a son of the late Federico S. and Concuelo Sagun Bayot, Sr. Prior to his illness, he was employed with Thule Inc. in Seymour as a welder. Federico loved life and most of all he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend who will be truly missed by all who knew him.

 

In addition to his loving wife Isabelita of 46 years, he is survived by his two beloved daughters, Jonahbeth Bayot, and Leah Bayot and her husband John M. Sagliano; his adored grandchildren, Erika Alexza Mayo, Heather Keith, Nicole Keith, Chriztine Bayot, K2, Kailley Amadeo; his great grandson Brandon Mayo Sy; step grandchildren, John Sagliano II and Julianna Sagliano; his siblings Wilma Bayot, Islao Bayot, Joel Bayot, Severina Cortez, and Myrna Omagad; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and relatives in the Philippines. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his two siblings, Willy Bayot and Oca Bayot.

 

Friends may greet the family from 4-7 PM, with a Memorial Service being held at 6:30 PM, on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to ALS Association Connecticut Chapter, 4 Oxford Road, Unit 4E, Milford, CT 06460.
