our hearts hurt for the entire family. It was a honor to meet Mr. Fagan on several occasions and his memory should be honored that he and his beautiful wife raised such a wonderful, caring, giving and loving family. They are both watching over all of you and, I am sure are very proud.

On behalf of Karen and myself, we are deeply sorry for your loss and send our sincere condolences. God has called another faithful servant home to his kingdom. We all know how strong Ed’s faith in the Lord is. I didnt know Ed for very long but his strong faith in God was immediately apparent. May the Lord Bless your family and us all during this difficult time and always.

To all of the Fagan family,
Thinking of you at this time of your father's, grandfather's, great grandfather's and brother's passing and wishing you peace.
I have so many fond memories of my time with Ed AND Mareeta beginning back in 1984 when I first met both of them in Edwardsville, NJ and then stole them away to Connecticut. I am glad I had a lovely visit with Ed in July ... just the two of us chatting up a storm about old times. Glad to have had a few moments with you Eileen while there.
May the memories of your good times together sustain you now and throughout your lives.
Peace,
John

Death is nothing at all.
It does not count.
I have only slipped away into the next room.
Everything remains as it was.
The old life that we lived so fondly together
is untouched, unchanged.
Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name.
Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no sorrow in your tone.
Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that
we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me.
Let my name be ever the household word
that it always was.
Let it be spoken without effort
Life means all that it ever meant.
It is the same as it ever was.
There is unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because
I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval,
somewhere very near, just around the corner.
All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before.
How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting,
when we meet again.

We met Ed and Mareta when we began our journey with the Sisters of St. Joseph. Life was never the same after that! They enriched our lives in a way that only Ed and Mareta and their wonderful family could. My heart goes out to his family. God has gained “the life of the party”. Rest In Peace dear Ed.
