Obituary of Freddy A. Tello

Freddy A. Tello, age 24, of Bridgeport, loving son of Freddy J. and Elsa L. Perez Tello, passed away peacefully after a long courageous battle, on Friday, July 20, 2018 at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Bridgeport, he was a graduate of Central High School. He was an avid soccer fan and loved to be on the field playing with his family and friends. He also enjoyed music and dancing. Freddy was a strong and inspirational person to many. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his loving parents, Freddy and Elsa, survivors include two devoted brothers, Brian and Vladimir Tello of Bridgeport, paternal grandparents, Freddy and Laura Tello, maternal grandmother, Laura Perez; 10 uncles and aunts, Fernando Perez, Patricia Paulo, Silvia Macias, Laura Quito, Paulina Torres, Jaime Perez, Mario Perez, Oswaldo Perez, Brenda Tello-Perez and Manny Lasso, 33 cousins, as well as many dear friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Jorge Perez, aunt Nelly Perez and uncle Jorge Perez.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 4 – 8 p.m.
