Dear Coleen, I am sending my heartfelt sympathy to you and your entire family. Your Mom was an angel and a true blessing and I will be forever honored and grateful that she chose to share her story with medical students at Yale through the Survivors Sessions. She leaves a legacy of love and hope and grace and she will be deeply missed.

As a past Park City hospital nurse, I remember with fondness working with Eileen’s Mom Marge in OB, Knowing Eileen as an RN there, also knowing her sister Maureen, Susan, Terry; & their father Bob. They were a loving, giving; & faithful family; always helping & reaching our to others, in need. My deepest sympathy to Peter, their children, grandchildren Maureen, Terry & Susan’s families; and, the many people whose lives were touched by this family. I will never forget your beautiful smile Eileen.

Peter and family, I am so saddened and heartbroken by the news of Eileen's passing. We had a special friendship that went beyond nurse and patient. Peter and family--We are so sorry for your loss. We attend a different church now so we have not seen you. Eileen was so proud of her children and grandchildren. A wonderful nurse to many. I worked with her many years ago at Park City Hospital. I pray she did not suffer in the end. May she rest in peace and be greeted by her parents in heaven. I worked with Eileen for many years at ConvaTec and she was truly a patient advocate, and friend. I retired several years ago but stayed in touch with Eileen through these years. I will miss her ostomy expertise, her love of life and her friendship. I am truly sorry for your loss Jill

My heart is very heavy after learning of Eileen's passing. Eileen was SO special - a great friend, lots of fun, ALWAYS smiling, very kind & generous, and one of the most family focused women I've ever known. I will always cherish the memories of the great St. Patrick's Day parties. I can only hope that all your wonderful memories of her bring you some comfort during this difficult time. Many, many prayers and hugs for this family. Eileen was truly an angel on Earth. I worked with her at convatec and can't tell you how much she helped so many in so many ways. She supported the team as needed, always a patient advocate and always had a smile on her face and a positive thought to share. She truly will be missed and definitely is now our angel in heaven.

To the McCann family; We are so very sad to hear about Eileen....such a wonderful well-liked person, always smiling!
