Obituary of Maria Natalia Amoros

Maria "Natalia" Amoros, age 87, formerly of Trumbull, CT passed away peacefully surrounded by love, family and faith on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at her home in Springfield, VA. Born on December 10, 1929 in Ramirao, Portugal she was a daughter of the late Albano Henriques and Dina Albuquerque Henriques. Natalie was a retired employee of Bryant Electric. Survivors include her loving son Edward Amoros and his wife Carmen of Springfield, Virginia, a cherished granddaughter, Sofia Amoros, a devoted sister, Maria Sally Mercado and her husband Joe Mercado, of Trumbull, as well as six nephews, including Richard, Robert and Ron Mercado, and several great nieces and nephews, all who loved her dearly. Maria was predeceased by her two brothers, Antonio Henriques and Manual Henriques and a sister, Maria Carolina Goncalves. Funeral services will take place on Monday, October 16, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the St. Monica Mausoleum at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Monday morning from 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
