Obituary of John Lupton Van Kirk

John Lupton Van Kirk, age 63, of Stratford, beloved husband of Wendy Van Nieuwenhuyze Van Kirk, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 7, 2017 of cancer, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Red Bank, NJ on May 15, 1954, he was the son of Mary Lupton Van Kirk of Red Bank, NJ and the late John Van Kirk Jr.

In addition to his beloved wife of 30 years, Wendy, survivors include his two loving daughters, Lindsay Van Kirk and her husband Nathan Graham, and Aubrey Van Kirk; a sister, Carol Van Kirk, niece Rachel Wright, her husband Scott & daughter, Mary.

A celebration of John's life will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
