Carolyn was a very kind and thoughtful neighbor. We often saw her out and about when she walked her dog Buddy as we were outside with our dogs Cooper and Shana. We found ourselves apologizing as our territorial Cooper growled at Buddy, but Carolyn took it all in stride and was nonetheless gracious. Last year, Shana passed away, suddenly, as a rare and aggressive cancer took her life. We were devastated. Carolyn comforted both of us as we struggled with our loss. We will never forget her kindness and we truly believe God was always with her.

Mrs. Hallinan was always so kind and generous to me. I have many fond memories of her, from the visits at UNH when I was Erin's roommate, to the fun times at the cabin in Tamworth and of course the glowing mother-of-the-bride when Erin and Bob got married. My heart is with her family now.
