Obituary of Renato Hidalgo

Bridgeport Machine Retiree Renato Hidalgo, age 81, of Bridgeport and Weston, FL, beloved husband of Paz Esther Exposito Hidalgo, died peacefully on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 in Dobbs Ferry Community Hospital, New York while surrounded by his loving family. Born in Oriente, Cuba on June 20, 1926, he came to Bridgeport in 1947. He was the son of the late Feliciano and Aurora Avila Hidalgo. He retired from Bridgeport Machines in 1988 and was a founding member of the Cuban Lyceum of Bridgeport. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son David Hidalgo and his wife Elizabeth of Armonk, NY; a daughter, Jacqueline Noccioli and her husband David of Bridgeport; six granddaughters, Leah Toussaint and her husband Christopher, Torrey, and Rebecca Hidalgo and Amy, Elyse, and Rachel Noccioli; two brothers, Raciel Hidalgo of Plantation, FL and Emilio Hidalgo of Miami, FL; and a sister, Mirta Suner of Miami, FL. He was predeceased by a brother Ruben Hidalgo and a sister Bertha Perez. He will be greatly missed by his family and his many friends in Connecticut, Florida, and New York. Funeral Information Friends may call on Friday, September 21, 2007 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. The interment will be held privately in Middle Patent Rural Cemetery, Bedford, NY.
